Our Mission
To transform chemically dependent individuals through loving, accountable relationships and a Christ-Centered twelve step process in a residential treatment program. Matthew 28:19-20
What We Offer
The recovery ministry includes narcotics anonymous and alcoholic anonymous (NA/AA) support meetings, biblical counseling, as well as group and individual sessions. The program is six months to one year with participants residing in houses on the campus of Golden Gate and include a daily curriculum administered by the program director.
Primary Care is a six-month comprehensive residential care program based on a Christ-Centered 12-Step Recovery curriculum. Primary Care incorporates intensive Bible Study, Job Readiness, Character Development, and Life Management Skills components into its therapeutic recovery program. Outside activities are limited during the first four months of Primary Care treatment.

Our History - a Legacy and Vision
The Adult Rehabilitation Ministry (ARM) began in 1989 as part of the Outreach Ministry of the Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. The late Pastor Emeritus C.B.T. Smith envisioned a ministry that would faithfully rebuild the lives of chemically addicted men and women through equipping them with strong Christian principles and concepts so that they can return home as better husbands, wives, parents, siblings, sons, and daughters.
As we continue on our journey, we hope that you would catch the vision and partner with us through prayer, support, and volunteerism to help us carry on what God has already started.
